Al Oud scented oud is pieces of oud scented with perfume oils, in a 50 g box.
Its scent is floral, woody and musky: it opens with floral and fruity notes, then sandalwood and rose appear, and a base of musk stays in the room. It is the same Al Oud Bakhour scent, carried here on pieces of oud.
Place a small amount on glowing charcoal or in an electric burner to scent the home, sitting rooms and clothes. The Al Oud Bakhour scent is also available in other forms from the same collection: incense, incense chips, incense cones and the luxury body mist. Keep it in its closed box, away from moisture.

How to use scented oud
On charcoal or an electric burner
Light the charcoal disc
Light it until it glows all over.
Place the charcoal disc on the burner
Use tongs: the disc gets hot quickly.
Wait for a layer of ash
Once a thin layer of ash covers the disc and its smoke settles, it is ready.
Place scented oud on the disc
A small piece: its oils may make the smoke denser at first, then the scent spreads gradually.
On an electric burner: switch it on until it heats up, then place scented oud directly on it, no charcoal needed.
Safety and storage
- Never leave a lit burner unattended.
- Keep it away from children and fabrics.
- Air the room after use.
- Keep it in its closed pack, in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

Does scented oud need charcoal?
Use it on a charcoal disc in a traditional burner, or on an electric burner with no charcoal.
How much should I use each time?
A little is enough: its scented oils evaporate quickly. Add more whenever the scent fades.
What is the difference between bakhour, mabsoos, scented oud and incense cones?
All are for scenting a room with smoke; they differ in how they are used. Bakhour, mabsoos and scented oud go on charcoal or an electric burner, and the oils in mabsoos and scented oud make their smoke denser at first. Incense cones are lit at the tip and burn on their own, with no charcoal.
